Automatically generate a PDF document that contains the meeting information, agenda, and supporting documents.

Each PDF file will be included sequentially in the meeting packet, as long as they meet the following criteria:

• File type is PDF
• File size is less than 100MB
• Total meeting packet size is less than 200MB

Files that do not meet the above requirements will be excluded from the meeting packet
