Calendar Integration

Copy the calendar link and follow the instructions below.

Keep this link safe. Anyone with this link can see your BoardSpot meeting schedule.

Note: New and updated events may take some time to synchronize with your calendar.

Open Google Calendar.
On the left, next to "Other calendars," click the "Add" button.
Select From URL from the options.
Enter the calendar address from BoardSpot and click "Add calendar" to finish up.
Your calendar will appear on the left under "Other calendars."
Bonus Points: Change the name of the calendar by clicking on the menu icon to the right of your new calendar, and selecting "Settings". Change the name, and click "Save".

On the left, under “Other calendars,” click on the “X” button next to your calendar to remove it.
Confirm that you want to unsubscribe by choosing "Remove calendar" in the dialog that appears.

Open Microsoft 365 Outlook Calendar
Just below the small calendar preview, click on Add Calendar.
HINT: If you don't see the Add Calendar link then you need to open the left tray by clicking on the ☰ icon next to the New event button.
Choose “Subscribe from web” in the dialog that appears.
Enter the link you copied from BoardSpot along with any optional settings you want to add, then click Import to finish up.”
Your calendar will appear on the left.

Hover over the calendar you want to remove and click on the ... icon that shows up to the right of your calendar name.
Choose Remove. Click Remove again on the next screen to finish unsubscribing.

Open Outlook Calendar
Just below the small calendar preview, click on Add Calendar.
HINT: If you don't see the Add Calendar link then you need to open the left tray by clicking on the ☰ icon next to the New event button.
Choose “Subscribe from web” in the dialog that appears.
Enter the link you copied from BoardSpot along with any optional settings you want to add, then click Import to finish up.”
Your calendar will appear on the left.

Hover over the calendar you want to remove and click on the ... icon that shows up to the right of your calendar name.
Choose Remove. Click Remove again on the next screen to finish unsubscribing.

Open the Calendar App on your Mac.
Under the File menu, choose New Calendar Subscription...
Enter the calendar address you copied from BoardSpot into the “Calendar URL" and click Subscribe.
Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it.
Under "Location", choose iCloud to see your meetings on your iPhone, iPad, or other iOS device.
Under "Auto-Refresh", choose Every 5 minutes.
Click OK.
Your calendar wil appear in the "Calendars" column on the left under "Other".

Open the Calendar App on your iPhone, iPad, or other iOS device.
Select Calendars at the bottom of the main view, then select Add Calendar.
In the popup that appears, select Add Subscription Calendar.
Enter the calendar address you copied from BoardSpot into the “Subscription URL" and tap Subscribe.
Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it.
Under "Account", choose iCloud to see your meetings on your Mac, iPad, or other iOS devices.
Click OK.
Your calendar will be listed when you select Calendars from the main view.

Open the Calendar App on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Select Calendars at the bottom of the main view, then select the Info icon next to the calendar from which you want to unsubscribe.
Click Unsubscribe.
Your calendar will no longer be listed when you select Calendars from the main view.

Open Yahoo Calendar.
In the “Calendars” column, hover over the “Others” calendar and click on the Gear icon that appears.
Choose Follow Other Calendars.
Enter the calendar address you copied from BoardSpot into the “Calendar URL” along with any other optional details. Click Save."
Your calendar will appear in the “Calendars” column under “Others.”

In the “Calendars” column, hover over the calendar you want to remove and click on the “Down arrow” that appears.
Choose “Unfollow” and then confirm in the dialog that appears.
Your calendar will no longer appear in the “Calendars” column.

Most Calendar Applications will allow you to subscribe to your BoardSpot meetings. The following tips will help you get started:

Check your "Calendars" column for a "Settings" or "Add" button. The option to subscribe is typically found within one of these options.
If not in your "Calendars" column, look for the option in your application settings or in the File... menu.
